Job summary

Qualifications

• Active NP/PA license and certification to practice.
• Minimum one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and DON about patient care.
• Conduct patient rounds and schedule tests and procedures.
• Document daily visit notes in EMR; dictation where available.
• Maintain accurate records for professional services, including billing and claims.
• Provide services per bylaws, policies, rules, or regulations of UHC or affiliated facilities.
