Universal Health Corporation is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for a full-time, on-site role in Fincastle, VA. You will collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver high-quality patient care in post-acute settings, with support from a Medical Director and structured training.

Responsibilities include patient rounds, orders, and coordination of diagnostic tests; maintaining accurate electronic records and billing-related documentation; and

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver exceptional and appropriate patient care.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and the DON regarding patient care.
• Conduct patient rounds, contribute to daily care decisions, write orders, and schedule tests and procedures.
• Record daily visit notes in an electronic medical record in a timely manner, with dictation services available.
• Maintain accurate records related to professional services, including billing reports, claims, and correspondence.
• Provide services as requested by UHC or as required by bylaws, policies, or regulations.
