Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Nursing experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, hospitalist, or general practice preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care with high standards.
• Communicate with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and the Director of Nursing regarding patient care.
• Record patient rounds and write orders; coordinate scheduling of tests and procedures.
• Document daily visit notes in the EMR in a timely manner.
• Maintain records related to professional services, billing reports, claims and correspondence.
• Provide services as required by policies and regulations.
