Stanford's Division of Nephrology is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Outpatient Nephrology/Hypertension (HTN) Clinic team. The providers at Stanford's Division of Nephrology see patients across the bay area for general nephrology, as well as subspecialty needs like kidney transplant, glomerular disease, hypertension, stone, peritoneal and home hemodialysis. This APP position aims to help grow the HTN Center of Excellence within the division.

The PA functions under specific protocols approved by relevant committees. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, ordering and evaluating diagnostic tests, administering medications, performing procedures, assisting in surgeries, and ensuring compliance with policies. Education includes at least a Bachelor's degree or higher, with specific licensure and certification requirements for PAs.
