Job summary

Senior PsychCare (SPC) seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide psychiatric/geriatric care in long-term care settings around Ponca City, OK. Flexible full- or part-time hours support a collaborative, team-based care model with clinicians and staff.

You’ll conduct assessments, manage medications, and work with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Signing bonus is available and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Oklahoma.
• Psychiatric/mental health experience required.
• Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally.
• Adaptive, flexible, and committed to team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set/manage treatment plans.
• Manage psychotropic medications and gradual dose reductions.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team.
• Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual).
• Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system.
