Senior PsychCare in Oklahoma is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing behavioral health team serving nursing home and assisted living residents. You’ll work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with clinical support from psychiatrists and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments and set treatment plans.

• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC team.
• Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual).
• Deliver care in-person and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments
  to set/manage treatment plans
• Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team
• Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)
• Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in the state of Oklahoma
• Psychiatric/mental health experience required
• Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally
