Senior PsychCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our behavioral health team serving residents in long-term care facilities in Muskogee, OK and surrounding areas. Full-time or part-time roles with a signing bonus are available, offering support from psychiatrists and a collaborative team environment.

The role focuses on cognitive/psychological assessments, medication management, and coordination with facility staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Oklahoma.
• Psychiatric/mental health experience required.
• Geriatric population experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set/manage treatment plans.
• Manage psychotropic medication and tapering.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team.
• Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual).
• Deliver care in-person and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR system.
