Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking clinicians to provide reproductive and sexual health services under supervision. This per diem, hourly role includes 32 hours per month with clinic hours Monday–Friday 9:00–7:00 and weekend coverage as needed.

Compensation ranges from $48 to $68 per hour for this hourly/non-exempt position, with SEIU representation. Eligible for PTO, ESST, and a 403(b) retirement plan, plus employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Active RN or APN license in applicable state; ability to obtain additional licenses on hire.
• Current national board-certification as APN or Physician Assistant.
• DEA license or eligibility; enrollment in Controlled Substances Monitoring Program as applicable.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical reproductive and sexual health services under supervision.
• Perform history, physical exams, orders and interprets tests as appropriate.
• Develop care plans and provide patient education and counseling.
• Prescribe FDA approved birth control methods and manage medication abortion follow-up.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Health Center Manager to meet clinic goals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
