Qualifications

• Current active, unencumbered state license as RN/APN with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• National board certification as Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• DEA license or ability to obtain; enrollment in CS monitoring program as applicable.
• Advanced degree, minimally Master’s Degree.
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including reproductive and sexual health care.
• Perform history, examination, tests, and prescribing when appropriate.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain clinic standards, documentation, and patient education.
