Job summary

AFC Urgent Care in Granada Hills, California seeks a Per-Diem Nurse Practitioner to join our team. You will provide urgent care services, triage and treat patients of all ages, and perform minor procedures in a walk-in setting with on-site lab and x-ray capabilities.

We offer a flexible schedule and a competitive hourly rate of $70–$82 with preapproved overtime pay, plus potential additional bonuses based on patient volume. A minimum 1 year ER/Urgent Care/Primary Care experience is required.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted California NP license required.
• DEA certificate required.
• FNP or ENP certification required.
• Board certification by AANP or ANCC required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in ER/Urgent Care/Primary Care.
• Ability to treat all ages and perform minor procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services in Granada Hills, CA.
• Work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Maintain patient-centered care and accurate documentation.
