Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program according to Tennessee State Law.
• License and Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in Tennessee.
• Prescriptive authorization in TN.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• DEA registration.
• Certified DOT examiner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute health problems using evidence-based protocols under supervising physician.
• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Provide patient education and health coaching.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests; monitor intervention effectiveness.
• Oversee testing and data entry in EMR; collaborate with team and clients.
