One to One Health is seeking a clinical provider (NP/PA) in Tennessee to evaluate and treat acute health problems, and develop treatment plans under a supervising physician. You will conduct wellness exams, health screenings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires TN APRN/PA licensure, prescriptive authority, and 2+ years of clinical experience. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong communication are essential for delivering patient-centered care.
Formación
- Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program according to state law of the clinic residence.
- License and Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of TN.
- Prescriptive authorization.
- Two years of relevant clinical experience.
- BLS/ACLS
Responsabilidades
- Evaluate and treat acute health problems using evidence-based protocols.
- Create and implement treatment plans under supervising physician.
- Perform wellness physicals and health screenings.
- Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and make referrals as needed.
- Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees.
- Provide patient education and health coaching.
