One to One Health is seeking a clinical provider (NP/PA) in Tennessee to evaluate and treat acute health problems, and develop treatment plans under a supervising physician. You will conduct wellness exams, health screenings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires TN APRN/PA licensure, prescriptive authority, and 2+ years of clinical experience. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong communication are essential for delivering patient-centered care.

Formación

• Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program according to state law of the clinic residence.
• License and Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of TN.
• Prescriptive authorization.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience.
• BLS/ACLS

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat acute health problems using evidence-based protocols.
• Create and implement treatment plans under supervising physician.

• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately and promptly.
