One to One Health in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a clinician to provide direct and indirect patient care within a team-based clinic. You will evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions, perform wellness physicals, and develop treatment plans under supervising physicians' protocols.

Formación

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license.
• 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care setting.
• DEA license preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Evaluate and treat health problems under supervising physicians' protocols.
• Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs.
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and refer as needed.
