Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license.

• DEA license preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Evaluate and treat health problems under supervising physicians' protocols.
• Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs.
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and refer as needed.
