Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing with NP curriculum completed; Doctorate preferred.
- Active California RN license and NP certification; NPI preferred.
- Minimum 1 year in NP specialty; 2+ years RN acute care experience.
- Proficiency in Epic and MS Office; strong scheduling and data skills.
- Excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, collaboration with teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage call queues, triage, referrals, and patient education in NP center.
- Develop educational programs for patients, families, and staff.
- Act as clinical resource for staff, physicians, and departments.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and diagnostic procedures.
- Support quality improvement and ensure insurance authorization compliance.
- Coordinate tests, authorizations, and communicate results to patients.
- Contribute to guideline development and cross-training within the center.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex care plans.
