Responsibilities
- Screen referrals for completeness and chase missing records in Sacramento.
- Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.
- Round on Sacramento long-stay patients and monitor for subtle changes.
- Flag pending results to keep mid-level provider ahead of requests.
- Read intake histories to catch red flags overlooked by hurried staff.
- Manage wound care, IV therapy, and routine clinical interventions.
