Qualifications

• Active NP license in New Jersey (state licensure required).
• Master's degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current DEA certificate and prescriptive authority.
• Board certification in FNP/ANP or relevant specialty.
• Experience in an outpatient physician practice preferred.
• EHR proficiency and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing pharmacological treatments
• Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
