The NP will conduct exams, diagnose illnesses, order and interpret tests, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality care across the lifespan.

The role involves patient education, treatment planning, and coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team, with emphasis on preventive and ongoing health services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse with current credentials
• Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Active NP license in New Jersey or eligible forlicensure

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations to evaluate health and diagnose illnesses
• Order and interpret lab tests and imaging as appropriate
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and adjust patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health problems and home care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Coordinate patient transitions between health care settings
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient privacy
