CVS Health MinuteClinic is seeking a Clinic-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary and family care. The role supports both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic, emphasizing holistic patient management with strong clinical resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree for NP or PA program.
• Current national board certification (AANP/ANCC for NP or NCCPA for PA).
• Active, unrestricted state licensure for NP/PA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, treatment of illnesses, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services, disease management and preventive screenings.
• Manage clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, patient follow-up and insurance verification.
• Maintain a safe and efficient care environment with timely patient appointment management.
