Position Information: Located in Lawrenceburg, TN. This is a 16-hour, part-time W2 role.

Responsibilities include providing PM&R services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, managing patient conditions, and engaging in ongoing education and culture-building activities.

The Ideal CRC Clinician Will Have a passion for post-acute healthcare, SNF experience (preferred), confidence to work autonomously, strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a desire to invest in company culture.

Qualifications include Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA license, Tennessee license, ability to work in the U.S., and preferably experience in post-acute care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Starting at $75.00/hour

Schedule: Flexible hours around 9 AM – 4 PM, weekdays only.
