Remote Hospice Triage RN - Part Time (2 shifts per week, 3:30p-8:30p CST, rotating Sat & Sun 7:30a-4p)

Join our team at IntellaTriage as a Remote Hospice Triage RN. We are seeking compassionate nurses with experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care to provide remote triage services.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing patient assessments and guidance via telehealth during assigned shifts.
2. Documenting patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records.
3. Following client-specific protocols to ensure quality care.
4. Participating in training and ongoing education.

Requirements:

• Current or willing to obtain a Compact RN license; must reside in a Compact US state.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care required.
• High-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
• Tech-savvy with keyboard proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Availability for at least 2 evening shifts weekly and every other weekend.
• Ability to pass background and licensing checks.
