Job summary

Ochsner Health Lafayette is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the outpatient clinic team. You will perform patient assessments, deliver care plans, and support emergency stabilization as needed under supervision of the Medical Director.

Required: Master’s in nursing or PA training, current Louisiana APRN/PA license, and BCLS/ACLS. Preferred: 3 years related experience. The role emphasizes collaboration with residents, fellows, and staff for quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or PA training program.
• Current APRN license in the state of practice.
• NCCPA certification or equivalent for Physician Assistant pathway.
• BCLS/ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in outpatient clinic settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions under supervision.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate with care teams.
