• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and examinations.
• Perform patient re-evaluations and progress assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe physical therapy and rehabilitative services.
• Prescribe and dispense durable medical equipment (DME).
• Perform trigger point injections.
• Perform joint injections, including PRP procedures.
• Administer and manage regenerative medicine treatments, including human cellular tissue products.
• Coordinate care with chiropractic and rehabilitation providers.
• Manage medical weight loss programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and ongoing care.
