Job summary

New Solutions is seeking an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner to work closely with surgeons and clinical staff in both clinic and surgical settings. The role is full-time and involves direct patient care across pre- and post-operative contexts.

Ideal candidates will have NP or PA credentials with orthopedics experience, current licensure, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure, national certification, and DEA license or eligibility.
• Orthopedic, fracture care, or musculoskeletal experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and assist with surgical procedures when applicable.
• Order and interpret imaging and laboratory studies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on recovery and prevention.
