Qualifications
- MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
- Current SC Nurse Practitioner license.
- National board certification (FNP-C or FNP-BC).
- DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with regenerative medicine or injections preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical examinations.
- Evaluate patients for regenerative medicine and develop treatment plans.
- Perform regenerative medicine treatments, injections, and related procedures within scope of practice.
- Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment education and follow-up care.
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory testing and imaging; monitor progress.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR.
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other providers to coordinate care.
