Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team at Hazel Dell and Broad Ripple Clinics in Indianapolis. This full-time position offers 36 hours over 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and clinic hours from 8am to 8pm (and 8am-6pm on Sat/Sun).

No on-call duties; 100% outpatient care for patients aged 3 months and up. Qualifications include FNP or PA certification and at least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine,

Qualifications

• FNP or PA certification required.
• At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required.
• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care to patients aged 3 months and up.
• Deliver 100% outpatient care with no on-call duties.
• Perform services such as injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, and sports physicals.
