Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks an Urgent Care Physician in Downtown Indianapolis. The role offers leadership and growth opportunities with a favorable work-life balance due to a limited number of shifts per month.

On-site Laboratory and Radiology enhance patient care across locations. The position covers pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations with urgent care and occupational medicine responsibilities, including minor procedures and physicals.

Qualifications

• Provide clinical care to Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric population.
• Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine including injury and illness care, minor procedures, workers' compensation, DOT and sports physicals.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical care to a diverse patient population across pediatric, adult, and geriatric groups.
• Lead urgent care and occupational medicine services including minor procedures and workers' compensation.
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and safety of medical care delivered by physicians and APPs.
• Work 14 clinical shifts per month including 1 weekend shift and holiday rotation.

Join Indiana University Health Medical Group in an Urgent Care Physician role in Downtown Indianapolis! Position Details

• Provide clinical care to Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric population


• Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine including injury and illness care, minor procedures, workers' compensation, DOT and sports physicals


• Responsible for appropriateness, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the medical care provided by our physicians and advanced practice providers


• 14 clinical shifts per month within our Urgent Care practice, 1 weekend shift per month and holiday rotation

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO


• BC in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine


• Emergency medicine and/or urgent care experience preferred, but not required


• Occupational medicine experience preferred, but not required
