77 consultants is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a 7-bed closed ICU in Needham, MA. The contract position involves 7p-7a shifts, with 3-5 shifts in a row, supporting critical care patients and collaborating with physician teams on treatment plans.

The role requires at least 2 years in critical care, BLS/ACLS, and EMR proficiency (Epic). Travel and expenses are provided. Must be board-certified and committed to patient-centered care.

Patient Volume: 5-7 per shift

Duties: Central lines, arterial lines, vent management, admissions, and ED consults

No intubations required

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
