Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology Clinic at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, CO. You'll collaborate with 4 cardiologists and 3 APPs to deliver inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, with a 50/50 split between rounding and clinic work.

The role features 4 ten-hour shifts on Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, with no on-call or weekend duties. Required: NP/PA program completion, Colorado license (or ability to obtain), DEA, BLS/ACLS,

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Colorado NP/PA license or ability to obtain.
• DEA and full prescriptive authority.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient or outpatient cardiology.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rounding and cardiology clinic duties split ~50/50.

About This Role

Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Cardiology Clinic at Platte Valley Hospital. The selected candidate will partner with 4 general and interventional cardiologists and 3 APPs to help deliver exceptional care to cardiology patients in both and inpatient and outpatient setting.

• You would practice at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, CO
• You would work 4 ten hour shift on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
• No call or weekends
• Work with an experienced staff of general and interventional cardiologists
• Inpatient rounding and clinic work split about 50/50

What You’ll Bring
