• Conduct detailed history and physical exams to assess chronic pain conditions
• Develop tailored treatment plans combining medications and interventional procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 25-30 individuals
• Handle medication refill requests and support ongoing patient care
