Job summary

Premierpainfitchburg is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative pain management team. The incoming provider will work under physician supervision to ensure continuity of care. Both experienced professionals and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with chronic pain management is ideal.
• Ability to document thoroughly in EMR and coordinate care.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough history and physical exams for chronic pain conditions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans combining medications and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Manage daily patient volume of 25–30 individuals.
• Handle medication refill requests and support ongoing patient care.
