Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed history and physical exams to assess chronic pain conditions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans with medications and interventional procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Manage a daily patient volume of ~25–30 individuals.
• Handle medication refill requests and support ongoing patient care.
