Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review patient’s medical and psychosocial history.
• Conduct physical examinations per company guidelines.
• Order and review lab studies and diagnostic procedures.
• Deliver Preventive Medicine Counseling and Program counseling.
• Maintain documentation for patient care and medication management.
• Facilitate referrals to healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Conduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress.
