Job summary

Medi-Weightloss in Winter Park, FL is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about wellness, prevention, and helping patients reach lasting health goals. Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in nutrition or a related field (preferred).
• Licenses / Certifications: APRN or DEA Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient care: conduct physical exams, review histories, and order tests.
• Manage medications: prescribe and dispense FDA-approved appetite suppressants as allowed by state/federal laws.
• Provide holistic support: offer nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle counseling to aid weight loss goals.
• Monitor progress: document patient progress in EMR with follow-up.
• Collaborate with team: train staff, conduct consultations, and coordinate with referral physicians.
• Stay engaged: follow up with patients for ongoing support.
