TEEMA GROUP is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative Medical Oncology and Hematology team in the Gilbert, AZ area. The role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships, caring for medically complex patients, and collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to advance oncology care.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s in Nursing or PA studies and possess an unrestricted license in the state, with DEA registration and CPR/BLS.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Nursing, PA studies, or an equivalent advanced practice degree.
• Current, unrestricted NP or PA state license, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain as required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to compassionate, culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
• Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions within your scope of practice.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe and manage medications and therapeutic treatments as permitted by state regulations.
• Monitor treatment response, manage symptoms, and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, supportive medications, and ongoing care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow up on test results, medication needs, and patient concerns.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
