Job summary

Midi Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide fully remote women’s midlife care for patients in Oklahoma and across the United States. You will manage perimenopause/menopause, prescribe HRT, and evaluate weight management therapies in a continuous patient relationship.

The role offers full clinical autonomy within a protocol-driven framework, with flexible scheduling between 7:00am–7:00pm in patient local time, and a focus on accessible, high-quality care for midlife women.

Qualifications

• Must live in Oklahoma
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies including GLP-1
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
• Preferred: Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine certification

Responsibilities

• Carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and evaluate pharmacologic weight management therapies.

Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location

Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager

Work Location: Remote — must live in the state of Oklahoma; work must be completed within the United States

Schedule: Between 7:00am – 7:00pm, patient local timezone

THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must live in the state of Oklahoma
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
