Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a fully remote role serving United States patients. You will manage perimenopause and menopause care, including HRT, weight management, and related health concerns, in a high-volume, relationship-based practice.

The position offers full clinical autonomy within a protocol-driven framework and requires telemedicine experience. The role reports to the Nurse Practitioner Manager and operates within a flexible schedule (7:00am–7:00pm local time).

Qualifications

• Active board certification in a qualifying NP specialty.
• Minimum 3 years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• Minimum 3 years prescribing and titrating HRT.
• Minimum 3 years maintaining an NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• Minimum 3 years synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year experience with pharmacologic weight management therapies (GLP-1).
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
• Preferred: Menopause MSCP and/or Obesity Medicine certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full patient panel virtually, focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood and sleep.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and assess pharmacologic weight management options.
• Maintain high-volume clinic productivity while delivering compassionate care.
• Leverage telemedicine and digital tools for efficient patient care.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions and ensure continuity of care over time.

Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States

Schedule: Between 7:00am – 7:00pm, patient local timezone

THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP‑1 agonists
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time‑zone coverage may be required.
