Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Integrated Women’s Care (IWC) in a fully remote, US-based role. You will manage a full patient panel focused on perimenopause and menopause, prescribe HRT, and work within a high-volume virtual environment.

We require multiple state NP licenses, FNP-C/BC or WHNP-BC, and telemedicine experience. Strong tech fluency and autonomous decision-making are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

Responsibilities

• Carry a full patient panel focusing on perimenopause and menopause, weight management, and related health areas.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone).
• Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies.
• Maintain documentation, follow-through, and meet productivity targets.
• Work in a fully remote US-based setting with patient-timezone coordination.

Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States
Schedule: Between 7:00am – 7:00pm, patient local timezone

THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
