Job summary

Midi Health in the United States is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver virtual, comprehensive care for women’s midlife health. You will manage a full patient panel, prescribe HRT, and support weight management decisions in a high-volume telemedicine setting.

The role requires board certification as an NP with 3+ years in menopause care, telemedicine experience, and strong clinical judgment. Remote work is allowed within the U.S., with scheduling 7am–7pm local time.

Qualifications

• Active board certification as FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause/menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years maintaining a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating/prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies including GLP-1 agonists.
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
• Preferred: menopause (MSCP) and/or obesity medicine certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full patient panel virtually across perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and assess pharmacologic weight management options.
• Maintain high productivity benchmarks while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States
Schedule: Between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, patient local timezone

THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship‑based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP‑1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi‑time‑zone coverage may be required.
