Premise Health in Pampa, TX is looking for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to provide care to client employees at our new Health Center. This is a project-based role anticipated to last 3–5 years, with a schedule around 36–40 hours per week and shifts that may include weekends.

You'll perform exams, preventive care, return-to-work evaluations, prescribe treatments, and coordinate with medical teams to support injured workers’ recovery and safe return to meaningful work.

Formación

• Maintains current state RN licenses/certificates to practice.
• Maintains current Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice.
• Maintains State Prescriptive Authority, if applicable.
• Federal DEA license, matching each state of practice as applicable.
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license, if required in your state.
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP).
• Master's Degree in Science of Nursing.
• Current certification with hands-on training in BLS/ACLS.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct physical exams, preventive health assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and return-to-work exams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, CDC, and other standards.
• Perform clinical procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Provide medically appropriate, evidence-based care to injured workers.
• Develop patient care plans, monitor progress, and ensure continuity of care.
• Implement and monitor transitional duty and return-to-work programs.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians, Medical Director, TPAs, and client stakeholders.
• Partner with client stakeholders on health promotion programs and workplace safety.
• Refer patients to specialists when needed.
• Maintain complete patient health records and documentation.
• Educate and coach nursing staff on clinical best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
