Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to provide care to client employees at our Health Center in Pampa, TX. The position is project-based with an anticipated duration of about three years, offering a stable, team-oriented environment.

You will conduct exams, order tests, develop care plans, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive care. Strong NP licenses and DEA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Active NP license/certification.
• Prescriptive authority valid in state.
• DEA license current.
• State narcotics/controlled substance license as required.
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP).

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Maintains patient health records and documentation.
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices.
