Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver occupational health and acute care at assigned Marathon Health Centers. You will conduct screenings, manage injuries, interpret tests, and coordinate with workers’ compensation and employer policies while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The role requires active NP or PA license with board certification, CPR/BLS, and experience in primary care or wellness.

Qualifications

Active license and board certification for NP or PA.
DEA number preferred; may be required for prescribing.
CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
Independent practice experience in family medicine/wellness is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational health and acute care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
Perform screenings, exams, vaccinations, and preventive care.
Interpret spirometry and resting EKG; coordinate with workers’ comp.
Review medical histories and maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance.
Collaborate with client managers to support workplace health policies and safety.
Lead, supervise, and support staff in Marathon Health Centers.
