Job summary

AppleGate Recovery, a division of BayMark Health Services, is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee for a hybrid schedule with flexibility on hours. The role supports patients in opioid use disorder treatment across Jackson, Camden, Nashville, and Dixon locations.

Responsibilities include data collection, patient counseling, progress documentation, and supervising medication administration. TN licensure and background check are required; MAT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in TN as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Drug screen and criminal background check required.
• 6 months of Addiction Medicine and MAT experience preferred.
• Drug rehabilitation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within addiction treatment programs.
• Collect and record comprehensive patient data (HPI and Assessment/Plan).
• Counsel patients and discuss expectations and limits.
• Document patient progress per policies and procedures.
• Supervise and educate patients on oral medication self-administration and health education.
• Follow program policies and procedures.
