Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in nursing with NP credential and Texas licensure.
• Completion of an accredited NP program (Family/Adult/Geriatric/Psych/PMH).
• DEA and prescriptive authority as required for MAT.

Responsibilities

• Provide office-based OUD treatment and MAT with buprenorphine.
• Deliver telehealth and in-person care within community health centers.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and document in EHR.
