AppleGate Recovery, a division of BayMark Health Services, seeks a part-time Nurse Practitioner for its Nashville-area clinics (Jackson, Camden, Nashville, Dixon, TN). The role is hybrid with flexible hours and requires availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays; 8 hours per pay period.

Responsibilities include assessing patients with addiction, documenting HPI and treatment plans, counseling, supervising oral medication self-administration, and ensuring adherence to clinic policies.

Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee.
• Experience in addiction medicine or MAT preferred.
• Knowledge of substances of abuse and signs of detoxification.
• Background check and drug screen required.

• Counsel patients and explain limitations and abilities.
• Document patient progress according to policies during appointments.
