Medrina, LLC is expanding in Albany, OR, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our SNF team. You will provide comprehensive medical care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans for post-acute and rehabilitative patients, including orthopedic recovery and stroke management.

The role offers Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, full-time or part-time options, and mentorship plus administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical NP experience (SNF, geriatrics, internal medicine, or rehab preferred).
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Albany, OR seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Required Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
