Job summary

HarmonyCares Medical Group in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered, home-based primary care for high-acuity patients. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and coordinate care in patients’ homes.

Ideal candidates are licensed NPs in the state, with DEA eligibility, geriatric experience, CPR/BLS, board certification, and a clean driving record. A passion for thoughtful, unhurried care is valued.
