Job summary

HarmonyCares seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home primary care services to high acuity patients in Williamsburg, Virginia. As part of a team-driven and patient-centered approach, you'll have the opportunity to focus on quality care rather than volume.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
• Geriatric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
