Job summary

IMP Locum Tenens, LLC seeks a clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a fast-growing urgent care network in the Boston Metro area. Work across multiple clinic locations delivering patient-centered care in a team-based environment.

Position offers full-time scheduling at 36 hours per week (part-time also available) with flexible site assignments, a competitive hourly rate of $75.00–$85.00, and productivity bonuses. Comprehensive benefits and generous PTO are included.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a rapidly growing urgent care network throughout the Boston Metro area. This role offers the opportunity to practice across multiple clinic locations while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

• Centers open 7 days per week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time schedule: 36 hours per week, part-time also available
• Flexible scheduling across multiple sites

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient over 4 patients/hour
