Mobile Medical offers a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) role providing comprehensive primary care in patients' homes and via telehealth in The Villages, FL. You’ll build lasting patient relationships with flexible scheduling and independence from traditional clinics.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• National Board Certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Current DEA Registration or ability to obtain.
• Current Professional Liability Insurance.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and preventive care
• Coordinate care with physicians, home health agencies, and interdisciplinary teams

EARNING POTENTIAL

$100,000–$110,000 annual base salary

Compensation is based on 40 visits per week, with additional incentives for visits above 40 per week and opportunities to increase earnings through the mix of telehealth and in-person visits. Average NP earnings are approximately $154,000 annually , based on additional visit incentives and productivity. This gives you the opportunity to choose the pace and schedule that works best for you while having a clear path to additional earnings.

THE ROLE

As a Mobile Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients in their homes and through telehealth. You'll manage patients across the continuum of care while developing long-term relationships with individuals and families.

• Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• National Board Certification as:

• Current DEA Registration or ability to obtain
